eco pur C is a high-quality two-component polyurethane recommended as a secondary sealant for single and double glazed units. eco pur C reaches an initial hardness of approx. 20 Shore A within a few hours depending on external conditions.
eco pur C does not contain catalysts based on toxic mercury. eco pur C achieves very good durability and adhesion to aluminum, glass, galvanized steel and warm-edge profiles. eco pur C provides very good protection of the insides of the insulating glass unit against moisture and diffusion of noble gases. eco pur C contains poly-BD polymer.

eco pur CBD is the highest quality two-component polyurethane recommended as a secondary sealant for all types of insulating glass, single and double-chamber. Thanks to the optimal content of the poly-BD polymer, eco pur CBD is characterized by a very low water vapor permeability (WVTR) and gases such as argon or krypton (GPR) and a very high resistance to aging in weather conditions with strong sunlight, which ensures the highest protection inside the glass. eco pur CBD meets the special requirements of CEKAL.
The product does not contain solvents or catalysts based on toxic mercury. eco pur CBD achieves very good strength and adhesion to aluminum, glass, galvanized steel and warm-edge profiles. The optimal viscosity of the sealant ensures the best parameters for work both on the automatic machines and machines for manual sealant application.

eco pur CBD-I is a modified version of our flagship product which is eco pur CBD. In order to meet the requirements of the market, such as the compatibility of the sealants with silicones used in the industry, the formula of the eco pur CBD-I has been developed to reduce the migration effect of plasticizers while maintaining the best technical parameters. Thanks to the optimal content of poly-BD polymer, eco pur CBD-I is characterized by a very low transmission rate of water (WVTR), gases such as argon or krypton (GPR) and very high resistance to aging in weather conditions with strong sunlight, which ensures the highest protection of the inside of the glass.
