eco FNDS – cutter and milling machine

eco FNDS combines two functions: a cutter and a milling machine. The device allows processing of full profiles in the full set of dimensions, i.e. 1808, 2608 and 4508, as well as milling elements at an angle in the range of 0 to 45 degrees.

eco PDS – saw

eco PDS is a dual-function device that cuts profiles such as muntins and spacer frames into sections, and makes incisions in muntins to attach a metal pin included in the connectors for cross connections. The muntin bars can be cut at an angle ranging from 45 to 90 degrees.

eco GDS – bending machine

eco GDS is used to bend internal aluminum muntins and spacers. As standard, it is equipped with a set of rollers for bending muntin bars from the georgia series with dimensions of 1808 and 2608 mm and a 16 mm wide spacer frame. Optionally, you can install an additional set of rollers for bending distance frames with dimensions: 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 18 mm.
